*Ground shipping costs now starts at $11.50 for orders up
to $50 in merchandise value. Our store's costs to ship to
you are higher than this in many cases.
We may need to adjust your total in those cases
whenever the item description indicates that it "may
require extra shipping costs".
Due to the increases in the carrier rates and increased
fuel surcharges and increasing packaging costs, our
family run business can not afford to offer free shipping at
this time. Shipments to AZ, CA, NV, and UT addresses will
have an additional shipping charge of 10% of
merchandise total added to the ground shipping shown in
the table.
Your gift and shipping prices are as low as we can make
them and still stay in operation.

Rutkowski Gift Shop processes your orders 7 days a week.
- We normally ship via UPS Ground within two business weekdays after your order is processed.
- Please allow up to 8 to 10 business days for Ground delivery.
- Rutkowski Gift Shop processes your orders using Yahoo's secure checkout technology to keep your shipping
and billing information private.
- We have recently added PayPal as another payment method for your shopping convenience.
- Rush shipping is available. It usually takes between 2 to 3 days to arrive once the order is processed and
delivered to one of our carriers (UPS or DHL 2nd Day or USPS Priority Mail); but it costs substantially more!
We will also try to ship the order by the next business day; but in some cases, it may still take up to two
business days to get the shipment to the carrier.

Shipments to New York State Addresses: Sales Tax Information
|
|
|
|
As our company is located in New York State, we are obligated to collect NYS Sales Tax for any gift shipped to a
location within New York State. If you reside in another state and are sending a package as a gift to someone with a
New York address, the NYS Sales Tax will be calculated and charged to your order.
NYS Sales Tax for orders shipped to anywhere within New York State will be added to the total merchandise
purchase and shipping charges during checkout. Note that due to the widely varying rates and complexity of New
York State (NYS) Sales Tax computations, our store may need to manually compute and make a minor adjustment
to the sales tax after you complete the checkout process. This is due to limitations in the way the tax can be
automatically calculated.
Generally speaking, the NYS sales tax depends on the county to which the package is delivered. In some cases, we
may need to compute and manually adjust the NYS Sales Tax based on the street address delivery location
information that you provided in completing your order. For example, if your shipment is to Greene county, the current
sales tax rate is 8%. If your shipment is to Westchester County, the rate will vary depending on whether the delivery
address is in Mount Vernon or White Plains, etc.
Residents of other states should pay use tax in the state that they reside in whenever applicable.
Sales tax may be added to your order if we are required to collect and pay sales tax to your state directly.
